This Chrome Plated Choke Collars (also called Slip Collars, Slip Chains or Choke Chains) consist of a length of chain with two rings on both ends so that the tool can form a loop around dog's neck, thus applying choking effect.  It should be worn high on the dog's neck, right under dog's chin and behind his ears, so that it will work correctly in this position.
